Your order will be processed in the order it was received. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from date of purchase, and sent via USPS Priority Mail from Washington, DC. USPS shipping rates are determined by your location and the weight of your order, and typically ships between 1-3 business days.
Return & Exchange Kulture
Our candles + soaps are hand-poured with love and prepared for shipment with maximum care and attention to detail. With that knowledge, we will exchange your order if you are experiencing a limitation due to our oversight. In cases where your order arrived to you, and the scent is not what you expected, we empower you to be a tad more adventurous and give it a try.
If your order arrives to you damaged, please email us info@lordsoflulu.com regarding this concern. In your email, include your name, the best way you can be reached, and photos of your damaged order. We will file a claim with USPS, and work to make things right again.
